Delete your account

You can ask us to delete your nookstor account and the personal data associated with it at any time. This page explains how to make the request and exactly what happens to your data.

1How to request deletion

Email support@nookapp.store with the subject line “Delete my nookstor account” and include the mobile number you sign in with. To protect your account, we'll reply with a one-time code sent to that number and complete the deletion once you confirm it. Requests are completed within 7 days.

2What gets deleted

• Your account: phone number, name, and delivery addresses.
• Your vendor profile, catalogue and QR/referral links (if you sell on nookstor).
• Your reviews, order notes, saved vendors and referral connections.
• Payment screenshots you uploaded for order verification.
• Notification subscriptions and sign-in sessions.

3What we keep, and why

• Order and billing records that vendors need for their accounts and that we need for tax and platform-fee records are retained in a form no longer linked to your deleted profile, for as long as Indian tax law requires.
• Counterparty data: deleting your account doesn't remove messages or order history from the other party's view of their own completed orders.
